We will invite around 10 panelists representing organizations whose work influences the current and future state of fonts. The following are among the companies that are expected to send a representative: Adobe Systems, Apple Computer, Microsoft, Agfa Monotype. In addition, we will invite representatives of font manufacturers based in the Far East (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea).

To begin the discussion, each panelist will make a brief (1-minute) statement about an issue that is crucial to his/her focus on fonts. Once all the panelists have made their statements, a moderator will initiate the discussion by inviting the public to present their questions to the panel members.
