Daniel Yacob - Ge'ez Frontier FoundationDaniel Yacob is the director of the Ge'ez Frontier Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Ethiopic script in electronic environs. Daniel was a participant in the 1995 draft proposal for the Ethiopic standard in Unicode and has continued to serve in an active role in standardization efforts both within Ethiopia and abroad. His current activities are largely focused on language localization, Unicode adaption, and Ethiopic web publishing efforts. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
