George Rhoten - ICU Team of IBM in Cupertino, CAGeorge Rhoten is a software engineer and works in IBM's Globalization Center of Competency in Cupertino, California. He is currently working on the International Components for Unicode (ICU), an open source Unicode library. His current nickname is "Buildmeister" due to the number of platforms that he uses to build and test ICU. He graduated from Cal Poly SLO in June 2000 with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Theater. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
