Carl Brown - X.Net, Inc.Carl W. Brown has been doing internationalization consulting for over 15 years. He has seen the field develop over the years. He has also worked to promote internationalization efforts and worked on internationalization software and hardware standards. He has worked extensively with ICU since February 2000. He is familiar not only with implementing ICU but also much of its internal code. He has also volunteered hundreds of hours to improve and promote ICU. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
