Frank Yung-Fong Tang - Netscape CommunicationsFrank Yung-Fong Tang is currently the engineering manager for the Netscape Client Product Division International and Text Engineering team. Frank joined Netscape Communication Corp, in 1995 and worked on the internationalization of Netscape Navigator/Communicator version from 2 to 6. Frank has strong knowledge about internatioanl features in different platforms, including MacOS, Win32, and X Windows. Before he joined Netscape, Frank worked for Apple Computer Inc, Cupertino, USA and Institute for Information Industry, Taiwan, ROC. Frank received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Boston, Mass, USA, and College Graduate Diploma from Ming-Hsing Junior Engineering College, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, ROC.
