CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

Cancellations received and post-marked prior to August 16, 2002 will
receive an 80% refund to be mailed after the Conference. After August
16, 2002 there will be a 20% refund issued.

entrance to the Conference. Substitutions will be permitted to September
9, 2002.
