mini-CU: Unicode Toolkit for Small-Memory Devices

mini-CU is a set of international toolkits designed for small-footprint devices such as PDAs, e-books, and set-top boxes. Based on ICU (International Components for Unicode), mini-CU segregates and encapsulates support for specific internationalization functions and language markets. In addition, mini-CU offers compression of data and code, caching, and memory usage control to facilitate operation in the most demanding small-memory environments.
