Conference Rates

A guest room block has been set aside for the Conference. The Conference rates are:

• Euro 197.00 single occupancy per night
• Euro 215.00 double occupancy per night

Rates include breakfast, service charges, and VAT.

To receive these special rates, you must reserve your room together with your conference registration through Global Meeting Services, Inc. See form attached to conference registration form.

Hotel reservations should be made prior to May 1, 2002. Thereafter, this special rate will be offered on a rate and space available basis only.

Guest Room Deposit

Please note that one night's room and tax will be billed to your credit card as a deposit upon reserving the room.
