Tex Texin - Progress Software CorporationTex Texin is Director, International Business for Progress Software, where he is responsible for Globalization Services including training and consulting. Tex has previously managed the internationalization development team for Progress, developed corporate strategy as Product Manager for Progress internationalization and localization tools, and contributed to the business globalizationservices offered to customers to assist them in taking their business to new regional markets. Tex is currently involved with expanding internationalization and localization consulting services that improve the time to market and the cost of delivering localized applications. Tex is also the Progress representative to the Unicode Consortium, World Wide Web Consortium and other standards groups. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).

license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
